Refund and Returns Policy

USA SHIPPING

Footpatchs offers several shipping options through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx. We typically ship parcels within 4 business days. Once your order ships out to you, we’ll send you an e-mail that contains your tracking number. Please note that the electronic tracking info is sometimes delayed for several hours, so don’t worry if you can’t track your package within the first few hours after receiving your shipping notification.

Please note that Footpatchs is not responsible for parcels that are damaged in transit or that have been lost, misplaced, or damaged after having been successfully delivered (based on the electronic tracking information).

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Footpatchs believes that everybody should have access to the finest natural foot health products on the market, which is why we ship to almost every country in the world via USPS. We ship all orders promptly, however, delivery times may be delayed by the length of time a country’s customs authority or agency holds the parcel before releasing it for delivery. This delay is outside of our control.

Please also note that if you are having Footpatchs shipped to a location outside the United States, you are solely responsible for paying any additional customs fees or VAT your country may require. Customs fees vary from country to country and are outside of our control.

We do our best to ensure the successful transfer of Footpatchs from the United States to international destinations, but all international customers must understand that once their parcel enters the mailstream, we cannot be held accountable for any damages, losses, or undelivered packages.

We offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible to our international customers. The shipping fees for international orders are based on actual parcel weight and destination costs.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Footpatchs offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on most products (some conditions apply). If you’re not satisfied with your products, send your gear back to us within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping fees) or exchange. We also offer a 90-day materials warranty on certain types of Footpatchs (shoes, Correct Toes) if this gear breaks down under athletic use.

If you would like to exchange your Footpatchs or return it for a refund, e-mail us at info@footpatchs.com. We’ll provide you with instructions and a mailing address for shipping. We’ll notify you via e-mail when your parcel arrives at our facility and then again after we send out your new product or process the returned item and issue you your refund (please note that the original shipping fees will not be refunded).

All items must be returned in their original, unblemished condition and with their original packaging (except for Correct Toes; more details about this here). Items returned to us with visible wear and tear will not be accepted for return or exchange.

RETURNS

For returns, we’ll credit your money back within 5 business days of receiving your returned item. Please note that both U.S. and international customers will be responsible for the shipping fees on all returns.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

GEXCHANGES

For exchanges of the same product (U.S. orders only), we’ll ship you your new Footpatchs free of charge after we receive your exchange item. Please allow up to 5 business days for the processing and shipping of the exchange item. You will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning your original item. All exchanges are subject to product availability. International customers seeking to exchange an item should simply place a new order for the desired size through the Footpatchs website and then return the original item for a refund.

UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide Footpatchs with an address that’s deliverable with USPS. In a situation in which we receive a parcel back at our facility that’s marked “Undeliverable,” we will refund the customer for their order but not for the original shipping fees. To re-ship, customers will need to place a new order on the site using a deliverable address.
